A light unto my path
When I had freshly given my life to Jesus, I came across a Bible verse in the book of Psalms that struck me deeply. God made me repeatedly encounter this verse everywhere I went. I knew the God was talking to me and wanted to find out what it meant. Then I realised: God wanted me to attend bible school. The Bible, which is "a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path" will also speak to you personally just like it did to me.

Strengthening for everyday life
When reading the Bible, the Holy Spirit often illuminates individual words in a verse, which then speak directly into my current situation. Even if I don't have a particular understanding of a verse and have to read the same passage several times, I still feel my soul strengthened afterwards.
